Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington resides in the United States and is a Greek-American author, syndicated columnist as well as a businesswoman. She was co-founder of The Huffington Post, is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Thrive Global as well an writer of 15 novels. Arianna Huffington is a journalist, writer, philanthropist and television host, and owner of The Huffington Post. Her birthplace was Greece she relocated to England when she was sixteen and then completed her studies at Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. As the first non-English speaking student to graduate, she was elected President of The Cambridge Union' at age 21. The success of her conservative journalist was further consolidated when she graduated. With the introduction of The Huffington Post a few months later, she launched an online platform for voice that gave critiques of the political situation. She was able to get several prominent contributors who posted their opinions regarding politics and culture. Arianna became famous after she decided in 2003 to become an Independent Candidate for the California Recall election to succeed the Governor Davis. The Guardian also included her on the top 100 list of media for 2009. AOL acquired The Huffington Post from AOL in 2011. She was then made the president of the media division at AOL. It included a number of AOL-owned properties, such as Engadget AOL Style List and Patch Media. Elli has two siblings, Konstantinos Stasinopoulos, and Elli the other, both of whom are management consultants and journalists. They were very close to her father. However, it was her bond with her mother that formed her. She was a leader from the beginning. At the age of 16, she moved over into her home in United Kingdom for her higher education. In 1972 she received a degree in Economics. In the years following her graduation, she worked as a critic columnist and television host.
